Yes absolutely, I try to stay as flexible as possible to work with my clients' schedule

Depending on the size of the home, how many photos you have requested and if there are any people to dodge around I try to get my photo shoots done quickly and efficiently. I work with natural light so you won't see me using a flash. Not only does this create a much crisper, brighter and true color photo but it's also faster in the photo taking and the editing. If you have ordered 25 photos and it's a basic open blinds/turn on lights situation then I can be in and out in around 20 minutes 

I prefer a house to be unoccupied at the time of the shoot, it makes it faster and easier as I don't need to ask people to move out of the shot, trust me, it gets uncomfortable lol. You, as my client, are welcome to stay and I'm no ninja so you'll need to let me in to the property, but I ask that you stay close behind me or in a different room, we can converse loudly, don't worry lol. I understand that home owners may want to be present and most are respectful to the process but I ask that you please babysit them :)

I am more than happy to prep your clients home before I shoot. I will open/lift all blinds, turn on all of the lights that I can safely get to and clear basic things like trash, unsightly trash cans, messy bathroom counters (you get the gist) I like to straighten up little things like photo frames and decor. Please feel free to prep before I get there but don't worry if you don't have time, I know you're busy

Yes, these are by request only and the time that I start will be determined by time of sunset on that particular day
